During the two-day congress, we had the opportunity to meet physicians, researchers, pharmacists and healthcare professionals who share a common interest in medicinal mushrooms and their potential role in modern scientific research. Our stand became a place for many inspiring conversations. We discussed extraction methods, quality standards, organic production, and the importance of transparency within the medicinal mushroom sector.
